 Please read the following carefully before purchasing:

What is your shipping method? 

All in-house items are shipped via FedEx Ground, which takes about 3-5 business days for delivery. Customers please note: We do not require a signature on shipments unless instructed to do so. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If you're concerned that your package could potentially be stolen from your doorstep, please contact us and we will request a signature at no additional charge. 

What are your shipping charges? 

All orders include free FedEx Ground shipping (48 states only). Please note, free shipping only applies to finalized sales and does not apply to states outside of the continental United States. 

Where do you ship? 

We ship to the continental U.S. for free via FedEx Ground, which takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery. 
We ship to Canada via UPS Ground, which takes approximately 5-10 business days for delivery. Canadian customers, please contact us with the item/s you're interested in as well as your postal code and we'll get back to you with a shipping cost estimate. 

When will my package arrive?

Packages shipped within the continental U.S. generally take about 3-5 business days for delivery. (Note: for Tycoon and Toca brand purchases, please allow up to an extra 3 business days for processing and handling). We will forward the tracking number once to the email provided when the items have been shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their email address is updated, we are not responsible for spam filters or emails that get bounced back as undeliverable.
Customers PLEASE NOTE: We do not require a signature on shipments unless instructed to do so. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages exposed to weather or animals on your doorstep. If you feel it is in your best interest to have a signature required on your package to prevent unattended delivery please contact us immediately following your purchase and request that a signature be required on your package. 
Whether a signature is required or not, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available to accept or retrieve the package from the Fedex hub if necessary. If, for any reason, the package is sent back to our location, and you at that point want to cancel the order, we will NOT refund initial shipping costs (as free shipping only applies to final sales) and will only refund the product price minus the initial shipping charges and a 10% restock fee. If the item gets shipped back to our location as a result of your failure to accept and retrieve the package, and you still want the item, you will be required to pay shipping to get it shipped to you again. Therefore if you really want this item, and want to prevent any additional costs and headaches, then please be available to accept the package and retrieve it if necessary. If you do not agree with these shipping terms, then please do not buy from us.

What is your return policy?

Please read the following carefully before purchase, as purchasing items on motherrhythm.com constitutes an agreement to the return policy. All products are warranted against defects in workmanship for a period of 30 days from the day of purchase. Defective products and/or components will be replaced according to this 30 day warranty by either refund or replacement. Should such a defect somehow occur, the customer pays shipping to return the item to Mother Rhythm Drums. We will pay the shipping to send a replacement after the defective product is received. If you choose a refund rather than replacement, a refund will be given in the amount of your purchase minus the cost of shipping/handling incurred initially in shipping the item originally. In the event of a return/exchange, the customer must contact us BEFORE shipping the items back to ensure proper procedure is followed. Please do NOT send the item back via USPS. Free shipping/handling only applies on completed and finalized sales. Any defect caused by the improper use or abuse of products will not be covered. Any non-defective item returned will be subject to a 10% restock fee plus the initial shipping charges that delivered the package to you as free shipping only applies to final sales. What if my item has been damaged in shipping?

We always do our best to insure that your drum is securely packaged from the time it leaves our warehouse to the time it arrives at your door. However, climatic fluctuations during shipment as well as rough handling by the courier may, on occasion, lead to damages during transit. If this is to occur, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the package and we will schedule a pick-up on our shipping account. Once we receive the damaged item, we will ship you a replacement of the same item free of charge. PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us within 2 days (ie 48 hours) from the time the package is delivered to your doorstep in order for shipping damages to be covered. Therefore it is in your best interest to open the package immediately from the time it is delivered to inspect for any damages.
